The General Ability Test (GAT) and Mathematics are the two papers that make up the NDA entrance exam. The GAT includes English, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, which are subjects in which students in the humanities frequently succeed even though mathematics is a major component.
Consider taking college classes that support critical thinking and correspond with the NDA syllabus to improve your readiness like-

Yes, candidates can get admission to the Vidyasagar University in MA course without any entrance exam. To secure admission to the MA course candidates must make sure to have a valid qualification, i.e., Bachelor's Degree with 50% aggregate the respective subjects from a recognised university. The postgraduate-level course is available across multiple specialisations including Santali, Philosophy,  Sociology, Political Science,  Sanskrit, English, etc., and is offered as a regular and honors degree. The selection will be made strictly based on merit in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University.

Yes, you can get admission to the management courses at GNOIT with a CAT percentile of 50. Based on an estimate, the GNOIT PGDM cutoff 2025 was 25 (overall and sectional) for the General AI category. Hence, a percentile of 50 could get you to the next round of admission, which involves GD, PI or WAT.

Note - The cutoff details given are based on an estimate of the previous years, since the CAT percentiles are not released publicly. Hence, the data points are not official.
