San Francisco Bay University (SFBU) considers a TOEFL score of 85 to be adequate for achieving English language standards. Official results from the TOEFL and other English proficiency tests are accepted by the university for use in the application process. TOEFL scores of 80 or above are preferred by SFBU, with a minimum score of 65 required. As a result, an 85 would probably satisfy or surpass SFBU's minimal level for English ability.
