Yes, MPBSE usually releases a list of top-performing students along with the MP Board Class 12 results. The MPBSE 12th topper list is announced during the official press conference. No, OBC-NCL certificate is not required during the GATE form filling process. However, the certificate will be required at the time of admission process/counselling.
