With 82 percentile and general category, it'll be hard to get NITs or IIITs but you can still try state engineering colleges in Haryana like DCRUST Murthal or YMCA Faridabad through HSTES counselling. Private colleges like Amity or Panipat Institute are also options if placements matter to you.

With 92577 ews rank getting CSE in any NIT is super unlikely even the newer NITs close CSE way earlier maybe around 20k to 40k ews rank. You can try for other branches like mechanical or ECE in later rounds but you cannot get CSE at NITs.

With 124488 OBC NCL rank, getting into NFsu Nagpur through JEE Mains is pretty tough. They usually take a higher percentile for B.Tech cyber security, but you can still try through their entrance exam called NFAT, that's your best chance if you're serious about getting in.
