If you're SC category female aiming for NIT Calicut you'll need a seriously good rank for CSE like under 789 for other state seats or under 4674 for home state in 2025. So 80 percentile is far from enough to grab CS at NIT Calicut.

With 7.2 Lacs CRL and 58k SC rank getting NITs or IIITs is not possible. The placements are usually low in colleges that accept such ranks but you can still try state government colleges or private ones that offer scholarships. Check colleges like LPU, SRM or Amrita for decent placements.

The MHT CET 2025 cutoff is the minimum rank or marks you need to get into top engineering colleges in Maharashtra. It depends on your category, course, and college preference. For general category students, around 90 marks (45%) is a safe score. Reserved categories need about 80 marks (40%). Round 1 cutoff lists will be out on July 31, 2025, on the official CET Cell website. Stay updated for exact college-wise ranks.

At 707729 rank getting any NIT or IIITt is almost impossible unless you have a strong category rank like ST or PWD. Even then also very few seats in less demanded branches might be available.

Yes, CUET is a national-level exam, and its pattern is already decided for every course type, whether it's a BA or a BSc. Logical Reasoning tests your critical thinking skills, and practicing for a good amount of time will help you pass this section as well. All the best!

With an OBC category rank of seventy-one thousand five hundred in JEE Mains, securing admission in IIIT Bhubaneswar is generally very challenging. The cut-offs for IIITs, even for OBC, are usually much lower. While having a green card might offer some specific quotas or relaxed criteria for international applicants at some institutions, it's not a standard factor for JEE Mains-based admissions for Indian citizens. Your best bet would be to check the DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) scheme if your green card status qualifies.

To gain admission to the MBA Dual programme at PUMBA (Department of Management Sciences, Savitribai Phule Pune University) through the CMAT exam, you first need a valid CMAT score. After the CMAT results are out, you must apply to PUMBA. The selection process typically involves a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) round, which assesses your communication skills, leadership potential, and general awareness. Your final merit will be a composite score, usually giving significant weightage to CMAT, along to your GD/PI performance and academic record.
