Your question is quite ambiguous. If you want to pursue fashion designing, why would you consider pursuing commerce or vice versa. Still, if you wish to pursue both, you can opt for B.Com (correspondence) with regular fashion designing course.

Admissions in Satyam Fashion Institute is based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and the performance in Common Entrance Test (CET)/Situation Test/ Personal Interview. Final admission will be processed on the basis of CET 60%, Qualifying Exam-20%, Portfolio and Interview-20% CET exam consists of General Ability Test (GAT): 30 marks, 1-hour Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability, English Comprehension, & General Knowledge. Creative Ability Test CAT 70 marks 1 hour 30 minutes. Application forms can be downloaded and sent the completely filled forms along with a DD for Rs. 1000 in favour of Satyam Fashion Inst

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for NIFT as candidates are only considered eligible to apply for NIFT Entrance Test if they are 23 years of age or below as on October 1, 2017.

I think the entrance of NIFT has been over but you can still look into their website if its open or not.

According to the UGC rules, a student cannot do two UG courses at the same time. Only one course can be done so you have to decide because fashion designing is also a graduation course.
