Please remember the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your engineering and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working f

Managing B.Tech and fashion design course together will be strenuous task as both streams are different and demand proper time. So, opt for both ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. Accordingly, you may go for B.Tech and pursue short term fashion design course afterwards.
Decide sensibly before opting for both the courses.
