Hotel management may be more lucrative. you can get global experience. As tourism picks in India, you may find it a chalkenging experience and growth.

Both the courses you have mentioned from NIFT are not design based.
MF.Tech is basically a technology course which deals with production, quality etc and MFM is a management course which will get you jobs in fashion marketing. Among the two MFM is better paid.
