Fashion Designing is a great filed to get into. You can get admission in following Institutes for distance education:
A. R&R Education Foundation.
B. Winsoft Technologies.
Also, I would suggest it would be good if you pursue a regular course as distance course will not help you learn much about the course.

I would suggest you consider doing an internship and get absorbed in the garment industry. If you wish to take up a higher degree, you can go for a degree in business management or entrepreneurship. You can also do specialization in visual merchandising or retail management.

There is no criteria of judging that which graduation course can assure high paying job to you because in the end your knowledge gained and skills acquired will matter.
Also, both the hotel management and fashion designing courses are good to pursue depending upon your level of interest.

You can go for a diploma.
However, I would encourage you to look at the entire field of design at this stage. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. The world has changed a lot and a lot of new & wonderful careers in design have come up.
