Galgotias University encourages students to explore innovation and entrepreneurship through hackathons, startup-focused events, innovation challenges, workshops and student-led activities. Students with ideas can work with teams, develop prototypes, participate in competitions and get exposure to entrepreneurship alongside their regular academics.
However, simply having these opportunities doesn't guarantee anything.the experience depends a lot on how actively a student participates and works on their idea.

Yes. Many students begin B.Tech CSE with little or no coding experience. At Galgotias University, you'll learn the fundamentals through coursework, and with consistent practice, projects, and participation in coding activities, you can gradually build strong programming skills. Consistency matters much more than your starting point.

Yes, students have several opportunities to work on real-world projects through internships, industry workshops, hackathons, live projects, and capstone assignments. In my experience, those who actively participate in these activities gain valuable practical exposure alongside their academics.

I found the faculty quite supportive. Whenever I had doubts or needed direction, they were open to discussing things beyond just classroom topics.
