If you have a valid GATE scorecard, you are directly eligible for admission in participating institutes of Gujarat PGCET. If you are not having valid GATE scorecard than check the below eligibility for writing PGCET entrance exam-Candidates must have passed the 10+2 qualifying exam or any other equivalent in the relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks.

Of course, you can pursue M.Tech twice, but both M.Tech have at different duration of time i.e after completion of first, you can do 2nd. Or, you have do 1st as distance learning mode and at the same time you could take admission in 2nd M.Tech degree with your valid GATE score card. Yes, you may get. You have a fair chances of getting a seat in IIT just wait for counseling procedure that is CCMT but I have doubt that whether this IIT offer this course in which you want to take the admission since many other IIT too offered this course but this IIT does't because last year also this IIT did not release the cutoff for power electronic. So I suggest you take just verify whether the course is available in the IIT or not. Also check other IIT like Delhi, Bombay this might offer seat in power electronic.

GATE exam is conduct for 100 marks only, how can you get 369.

The best publication is Madeeasy. It is very good and the printing mistakes as well as the answer is also right. And on the NET you can take the help of GATE FORUM. Here, you can registered and take some test, or mock test just same as the GATE papers. All the things are just like GATE EXAM and you will be feeling like that of real GATE exam only.

You will not get any decent college. I would suggest you to drop a year if you can & again prepare for GATE.

Don't worry, if you are in job right now, then wait for a year, and then apply for GATE exam. On the basis of GATE marks, you can get admission and generally all colleges give admission on the basis of GATE marks, so it seems quite tough to get admission without valid GATE score. So, wait for a year and apply for GATE exam, and then apply for M.Tech Working Professional Course.
