Students applying for PG programs at GISMA Germany for the Summer 2027 intake or later do need to take the dMAT test on Sep 26, 2026, if they have completed their UG degree in any of the following fields:

  • Engineering
  • Commerce
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Business
  • Management

The APS certificate will be considered invalid without the same.

GISMA Applied Sciences Germany does not ask for an application fee from international students. However, students are required to pay an enrollment deposit worth EUR 3,000 or INR 3.3 Lakhs to confirm their seat at the university. 

The tuition costs vary for different courses.

The university does not mention a specific GPA requirement to pursue higher studies. However, a GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale is considered the bare minimum to be eligible for studies at GISMA Applied Sciences Germany.

For international studens, this means a score of 65% in the four best subjects (not including language subjects) is needed to apply for higher studies at GISMA.

The GISMA B-School has a very simple admission process. Students can follow the steps listed below to complete and submit their application.

  • Choose a course
  • Complete the online application form via the GISMA Uni website
  • The university will get back with an official decision
  • Receive the acceptance letter
  • Pay the programme deposit and confirm enrollment
  • Contact the German Embassy and apply for a visa
  • Prepare the documents an attend the interview
  • Receive the visa and search for housing in Germany

Yes, it is mandatory for students from India, China, Mongolia, and Vitenam to submit an APS Certificate, if they wish to study at GISMA.

The APS or Akademische Prufstelle is an official document that verifies the documents submitted by a student are genuine. It allows German universities to trust that the documents submitted by a student are real and valid.

It takes around INR 18 K to apply for an APS Certificate.

  • State Recognition- The university is officially recognized by the federal state of Brandenburg.
