A recognised board's 10+2 examination (or equivalent) with a minimal percentage is usually one of the qualifying requirements for admission to BSc programs at Government Medical College (GMC), Nagpur.
Candidates must normally have at least 50% of their 10+2 exam aggregate marks to be eligible for admission to GMC Nagpur's BSc programs, while exact percentages can change from year to year and depending on the subject.
Please note, however, that admission requirements are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, visit GMC Nagpur's official website or get in touch with their admission office directly.

It could be difficult to get admitted to Government Medical College (GMC), Nagpur, if you are a SC member with a NEET score of 164. Even for protected groups like SC, the NEET cutoff scores are typically higher for medical institutes, including GMC Nagpur. In previous years, GMC Nagpur's SC category cutoff has usually been far higher than 164. For instance, in 2022, the cutoff score for MBBS candidates from the SC category at GMC Nagpur was approximately 450–500 points. Medical college admissions are quite tough. The exam's difficulty level, the amount of open seats, and candidates' overall performance all affect the cutoff score

If you are going with donation, then I don't think NEET score matters.
You should have 50%+ in 12th PCB and appear for NEET exam.
One more thing is that admission policies change over time so you should have checked on it too.
