For University of Cincinnati admission, Indian students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, unweighted high school GPA and A or B FINAL grade in high school English. Indian students must submit proof of English language requirement at the university.

Germany is very strict about marks. Most public universities in Germany want good grades in your Bachelor degree. 3.5 on a 4.0 scale can be enough if a UG program is what you're looking to get into as an Indian student. A 3.0 is good enough for PG courses. Make sure to timely submit your application.
