With a really low acceptance rate at the University of Birmingham, it can definitely be a hard row to hoe to get into this university. Look at the selection criteria given below for the same -
- A 2:1 equivalent in Law
- Minimum percentage of 55% to 60%
- English language scores

No, it will be a really difficult task to get into the University of Niagara Falls if you have a GPA of only 2.5. For PG programs at UNF Canada, international students would require a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale minimum.
It may be accepted for some of the programs. Other than a good GPA, this university reviews the factors given below -

Yes. If your converted GPA is low, below 3.0, focus on your Statement of Purpose and GRE scores. US admissions are holistic. A lower GPA can be offset by strong projects or work experience.

As an Indian student, you would require a GPA of around 3.0 on a 4.0 scale which is often around 60%. However, it is not easy to get in with this as the Luxembourg University admissions are competitive.
Other than that, to get into the University of Luxembourg, international students need to meet all the admission requirements, like having -
- A UG degree with a good GPA
- language proficiency
- Good portfolio for creative courses

At TU Ingolstadt Germany, if an international students wants to get admission, a UG degree for Masters courses and a high school Diploma for PG courses is required.
The GPA requirements depend upon the programs. However, international students would generally require a strong GPA of 3.0 plus to be considered for admissions.
Along with this GPA, they also need a B2 level German or English language proficiency.

Heriot-Watt University ask for Second Class lower with 70% or 3.5 CGPA on 5 scale in case of UG admission. Along with this, students should submit a transcripts, programme related documents, and English language requirements, and more. The tuition fees to study at the university is between INR 12L and INR 21L for UG program, and between INR 2L and INR 40L for PG programs.

Yonsei University does not give preference to GPA score during admission. But as per an unofficial source, students should score a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above on 4 point scale to get Yonsei scholarship. There is no minimum requirement for GPA at Yonsei. The university looks for overall student profile that has SOP, LOR, English proficiency, grades, experience, and more. If a student has low GPA but is good in areas like skills, extra activities, then GPA is not that important for their selection.
