No, GPAT scores are not compulsory to get admission into the MPharm course at Poona College of Pharmacy. Because the college also accepts relevant BV-PHARMPG scores. Therefore, candidates with scores in any of the entrance exams from these two can get admission into the MPharm course. Thus, GPAT is one of the accepted entrance exams for admission to the MPharm course. However, it is not compulsory.

Candidates in the pre-final year (3rd Year) of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm), with results for the final year (4th Year) to be declared before the start of admission to M. Pharm courses for the academic year 2025-26, are eligible to appear for GPAT 2025.

To be eligible for the GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test), candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry) or an equivalent degree from a recognised university. There is no age limit for appearing in the GPAT. Candidates in their final year of B.Pharm can also apply.
