The University of Georgia GRE requirements vary as per the programs at the University of Georgia. So, it is advised to check with the requirements of the program. Fairleigh Dickinson University asks for GRE or GMAT for particulars courses. However, for the programs mentioned below, students need not give any GRE or GMAT test.

  • MA and MFA in Animation;

  • MS Biology;

Universities in Canada accepts GRE score as an additional test score for admission in Master in Engineering program. International students must submit a valid score to meet the entry requirements at Canadian Universities. There is one university, i.e., University of Waterloo, which accepts GRE Score for admission in MEng program.

Most of the programmes at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) require the aptitude test scores for GRE (Graduate Record Examination) which includes the verbal, quantitative and analytical writing sections. The University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) has some examinations that also require GRE advanced scores or other standardized test scores. GRE scores can also be waived for students only in certain situations where the university will permit. Students can contact the Graduate Programme Coordinator to enquire whether their programme is eligible for a GRE waiver.

No, the University of Maryland does not require GRE scores for assessing applications. In case the applicant has already given the exam and wishes to share his scores he/she can. The applicant will have to mark in their respective applications in case they wish to indicate their GRE scores for admissions at the University of Maryland. Its completely up to the apploicant whether he/she is willing to submit the scores or not. The University of Maryland admissions in turn, would not be affected if students choose not to submit these scores.

In some cases, the GRE exam scores can be waived based on the applicant's academic performance. After submitting the application and all the other required documents, the student can be considered for admission without the GRE score or the admissions staff will contact the applicant if the GRE score is required. If the applicant wishes to submit the GRE score, then the minimum requirement is 150 in verbal and 165 in quantitative.
