GUJCET Counselling

The GUJCET counselling is conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).

The GUJCET 2026 counselling will be held in June in three rounds. The entire schedule is available at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.

Students who want to participate in the GUJCET Counselling need to first appear for the GUJCET entrance exam, attain a valid rank, and then register for the counselling process. 

The documents required for counselling are as follows:

• Class 10 and 12 Marksheet
• GUJCET Scorecard
• Transfer Certificate from School
• Caste Certificate
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate
• Candidate's Photograph 

The counselling process releases the seat allotment result in the form of opening and closing ranks for various categories, like General, OBC, ST, etc. under the Home State quota. 

Yes, seat reservations are applied during GUJCET counselling. This includes 27% for SEBC, 15% for ST, 10% for EWS, and 7% for SC candidates, among other specified categories.

Applicants need their Class 10 and 12 marksheets, GUJCET scorecard, school transfer certificate, photograph, and, if applicable, caste, income, or PwD certificates during the verification round.

Candidates wishing to participate in the admission rounds must visit the official ACPC website at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in to register and fill in their college choices.

Registration for the GUJCET counselling process will commence after the final results are declared. It is expected to be conducted around June or July 2026.

The online GUJCET counselling process and seat allotment for B.Tech and Pharmacy admissions are solely conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) in Gujarat.

Students who wish to participate in GUJCET counselling 2026 will have to visit its official website gujacpc.admissions.nic.in and register by filling choices of colleges and courses.

In 2024, GUJCET exam was conducted to offer admission to various B.E./BTech courses such as Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, Information and Communication Technology and Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) under cutoff range mentioned above.
