IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) is currently administered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) in Delhi, India, as of my knowledge around 7000 to 8000 students appeared every year. Each year, a different number of students may take the IPU CET B.Ed. entrance exam.
I advise looking at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's official website or getting in touch with their admissions office. They ought to be able to give you the pertinent data and information about the number of students taking the B.Ed. entrance exam.

No, once answers are marked on OMR sheet in IPU CET it is generally not possible to change options. OMR sheets are designed to detect and check marked responses. Making changes to the options may cause difficulty in calculating score. Candidates must check and verify answers before marking them on OMR sheet.
