The total fee for BTech (Hons) ranges between INR 4.57 Lacs and INR 4.97 lakh. The fee includes annual fee for each year. The total fee excludes a tuition fee of INR 62,000. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

Haridwar University offers more than 50 courses at UG, PG, diploma, certificate and PhD levels in multiple streams like Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, etc. After completing Class 12, candidates can apply for UG courses. Graduation is necessary for PG courses. Admission to all courses is based on merit of the aspirants in the university or national-level entrance exams.

Infrastructure:
Both the university have good infrastructure. If you consider WiFi then you can get on both the campus. Also, they provide Library, Canteen, Hostels for both Boys and Girls.
Courses:
Coer university provides a total of 38 courses, where as Haridwar University provides a total of 70 courses.
Placement:
Considering previous year placements Haridwar University performs better than COER university. In Haridwar University around 90% students get placed where as COER university student's placement rate is 70-80%.
Conclusion
i would recommend to go for Haridwar University as it has better stats than COER university

Yes, COER university is good as Haridwar university because there are many placements and they have good lecturers and the maintaince of the infrastructure is also good.
