The requirement of admission to the PG Diploma at Kanhaiyalal Maniklal Munshi Institute the candidate should have passed graduation (Hindi / related subjects) with at least 50%Marks. The application deadline is 30th June each year accompanied by a fee of INR 500. A common entrance test which is conducted on 15th July carries 30% weightage and academic merit score carries rest 70% weightage. Hindi Diploma course: It requires minimum of 45% marks in any stream in Class 12
Hindi UG course: It requires minimum 50% marks in any stream in Class 12 or equivalent
Hindi PG course: It requires a minimum of 50% marks in graduation in any discipline
Hindi PhD course: It requires a minimum of 50% marks in a master's degree in any discipline.

Yes, those who have completed BTech can apply for BA Hindi. Since, BA Hindi is an undergraduate course one can secure admission in the course through marks secured in Class 12 or equivalent qualification.
Suggestion: Those who wish to pursue a career related to the Hindi language after pursuing BTech or any other graduation can directly apply for MA Hindi. It is not necessary to pursue BA Hindi before MA Hindi. As per the latest guidelines of UGC, BTech graduates can also apply for PhD course.
