The admission process at Cotton University shall begin after the result of CUET exam. For Hindi courses, the eligibility criteria is subjective to the course you are chooosing. For examples, for M.A. Hindi, it calls for the applicant to have passed his undergraduation from a recognised board. Then, the admission are done on merit basis.

Yes, Panjab University does offer a Masters degree in Hindi, named M.A. in Hindi. The admission to M.A. Hindi is made on the basis of their entrance exam, PU-CET, conducted by Panjab University only. Other than this, in order to be eligible for M.A. Hindi, you should have completed your Bachelors degree from a recognised board.

No, no exam can be written in both the languages. There is a choice for you to choose either Hindi or English for writing the paper. It can not be bilingual. Thus, BCA final year exam should be written in either of the two languages.
