No, you cannot do two Masters programme simultaneously. Back in 2013 UGC had considered this, but in 2016 they released a notification stating that two degrees are illegitimate and presently not allowed.

You may not get seat in AU with your rank as your marks are not quite good enough to get seat in AU. So, kindly choose another college according to your rank cut off. All the best

Day Scholar:
1st sem-Rs.38,200
2nd Sem-Rs26,300
3rd Sem-Rs19,800
4th Sem-Rs20,300
and for Hostler add Rs.31,000 per semester for Dinning Hall and Hostel.

Most reputed or decent colleges require you to have appeared for some management entrance exam. It's to evaluate your basic skills and knowledge required to be in a management position. Just appear in any management entrance exam, there are plenty out there and most of them you can appear 2-3 times a year.
