Yes, you can still get a BA (Hons) degree from IGNOU even if you are an ISC board student; provided that you satisfy the eligibility requirements in terms of minimum marks and subjects prescribed for the intended specialization, your ISC board schooling is no bar to admission into IGNOU's BA (Hons) course.

Yes, as per the new UGC guidelines, you can even do a BA General and a BLIS (Bachelor of Library and Information Science) degree simultaneously, as long as you plan your time well and ensure there are no duplicate class timings for the two courses; you can opt to do one in full-time physical mode and the other in online or distance learning mode if needed.

Yes, you can join for PhD after your online MA course of study, but there can be criteria by which you will be able to joiin, like your MA percentage should be atleat 50-55% and above percentage at the same time one has to pass enterance exams like UGC- NET, CSIR-NET GATE, or GPAT. MOstly in PhD degree you will have that priviledge to do the Research Paper which is mandatory for the PhD level of education,

With a CUET score of 476/800 without mathematics, you can look at admission to many government colleges that give B.A. courses. Delhi University (DU) is a very good choice, but the cut-offs for top colleges like LSR, Hans Raj, and Hindu College are generally higher. You may have a better shot in other central universities such as Aligarh Muslim University or Jamia Millia Islamia, depending on their respective cut-offs. It is crucial to refer to the personal cut-offs of every college and course when they come out.
