Yes, the applicants whose native language is not English must submit demonstrate English proficiency. They can do so by submitting any one of the below-given English language proficiency tests at the time of Virginia Tech University Admissions:

International students whose first language is not English must provide the proof of English language proficiency. The university accepts the IELTS score to meet the English language requirements. We have mentioned the minimum score required for admissions at ITU:
· For Masters - IELTS academic module (general is not accepted) with a score of 6.0 or higher
· For Doctoral - IELTS academic module (general is not accepted) with a score of 6.5 or higher

One of the admission requirements to study at Conestoga College is meeting the English language requirements. International students can submit IELTS / TOEFL / PTE scores as proof of English language proficiency. Also, note that Conestoga College will accept Duolingo test score as a proof of English proficiency for the Fall intake. However, Duolingo test shall not be accepted.
