Hi, every university across the world equires IELTS or TOEFL and every university also have waivers. They may waive off the requirement after evaluating your profile. You musy write to the universities in this regard. Best of luck.

Regular practice and take the mock tests or practice tests regularly. Practice tests helps to identify where you stand. Identify your weak areas and work on them. Plan your study as per your convenience and capacity.

Hi Divyesh,
Very few options are available. If you don't meet the IELTS requirements you may pursue one of the English language foundation programs offered by the universities. You must check the university websites for such details. Please also check the college listings on Shiksha.

Some universities may have a requirement for GRE and some may not have. I suggest you to check with the universities for the same.
However, IELTS/TOEFL scores are mandatory to fulfill minimum English language requirement.
