Dear Nikita, TOEFL pbt stands for Paper Based Test that is you take the test on paper.TOEFL ibt which is internet based test, online, is more common. TOEFL pbt is not conducted in all centres. You may visit ets.org for more information. Both the tests are moreorless same. Some find IELTS easier while many find TOEFL easier hence its upto an individual. You can compare the test format and patterns and then decide.
Best wishes

Dear Morina. first of all congratulations.
secondly it depends upto university to university because there is no such specific policies out there. It's upto the college/university whether they consider it for their scholarships or not. but one thing is sure for getting scholarships , along with ielts score you must have excellent past academic records.
good luck

Hi Repudaman,
Ideally you must prepare for the applications 6-8 month prior to the intake. You must make sure you prepare your applications and take all the test ahead of the university deadlines. So take the test as per the deadlines. Hope that helped. Good Luck with your application.

Hi Gaurav,
A GRE may be required for your master's. IELTS or TOEFL is generally not required for Asian students to study in Singapore or Hong Kong. You may contact the universities for waivers and requirements.

Do you have a portfolio? It is advisable that you retake IELTS as you may not find a better option with 5.0 Bands or you may end up paying huge amount for ESL program.
