Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

2. IELTS or TOEFL.

An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
Please remember application deadlines in US universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
It would be always advisable to take these tests atleast 4-5 months in advance of your planned admission intake.

Dear Kannikhaa, the best way to prepare for the listening section is to first tune your ears to the British accent by watching channels like BBC, etc. and then doing IELTS practice exams. For speaking, you can search for popular speaking topics on the net and record yourself speaking about each of them for a minute and listen to your recording to identify mistakes and listen for modulation. Then, find a friend or buddy good in English and go through the speaking examination questions with them as the partner. In order to improve your English speaking you may do the following things:
Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
You should start watching English news channel, this will help you to know,how to modulate your voice while speaking.
Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.
