Regional Centre is a body of IGNOU which supervises and maintains study centres. Study centres are located in your near by area, which you can select for your PCP classes and for submitting the assignments. Study center can be any of school or college located near the student's accomodation.

Yes, you can appear for the exams anywhere in India, while filling the examination form chose the exam centre where you wish to appear for exams.

Yes, students can choose a different exam centre from their study centre for the IGNOU examination. It must be noted that they will have to choose an exam centre that is within the jurisdiction of their regional centre. Students cannot apply for a change of exam centre within the same city.

IGNOU operates through a network of 56 regional centres(RC), 11 recognised regional centres (RRC) (6, IGNOU-Army RRC, 4, IGNOU-Navy RRC 1, IGNOU-Assam Rifles RRC) and nearly 2000 Learner Support Centres across the country.

The total tuition fee for MCom at IGNOU ranges between INR 7000 and INR 18000. Apart from this, candidates also have to make a one-time payment of INR 300 at the time of admission. The aforementioned figures are taken from official page of IGNOU on shiksha.
IGNOU MCom is a two year programme spread across four semesters. The course is offered in various specialisations such as Finance and Taxation, Business Policy and Corporate Governance, etc. The minimum eligibility criteria for admissin to the programme is mentioned below:

The IGNOU entrance exam for B.Ed is conducted in the first week of January in offline mode. However, there is not yet any official date declared on the official website of IGNOU. Aspirants are suggested to wait for the official announcement by the exam conducting body.
B.Ed at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is a two year full time course offered in the field of education.
