No a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECE) from IGNOU is not recognized by the NCTE as a qualification for pursuing a B.Ed. program. The NCTE requires specific teacher education programs for B.Ed. eligibility, and DECE does not fall under this category.

Firstly you have to fill the admission form of maan at IGNOU ofiicial site, and upload the all required documents, then preview the data and fill the application fee, after that if u fullfil all the criteria of admission you got a mail, if u don't get mail then check the official website for confirmation. After that u have to fill the course fee and your admission is conirmed
