Yes, you can even apply for admission to BA while studying your first year of BSc. IGNOU enables students to pursue multiple courses simultaneously if they meet the eligibility criteria for the respective course. But it requires very good time management so that you meet the requirements of both programs.

You must pass the IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.) in order to be admitted to IITs for an M.Sc in Physics. IITs normally require applicants to obtain a Bachelors degree with physics as a major in order to be eligible. Your pursuit of a B.Sc in Physics with Chemistry and Botany at IGNOU qualifies you for general education requirements. Check to see if your IGNOU degree particularly with regard to curricular content, satisfies IIT's particular qualifying standards.

Physics, chemistry and mathematics are the disciplines that the IIT JAM exam evaluates, thus you should study for these as well.?

Yes, you can apply for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) if you have completed your study from IGNOU as CTPM in 2013. But usually for TET, eligibility needs graduation with at least 50% marks and/or a B.Ed or an equivalent qualification. Since CTPM is a certificate program, it is not equivalent to a degree. You must ensure you meet the requirements for total educational qualifications in TET, which, in most cases requires a relevant degree and B.Ed for a candidate to sit for the examination.

You must fulfill the qualifying requirements for IGNOUs DECE (Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education) program, which often ask for a 10+2 (higher secondary) degree or its equivalent from an accredited board. The IGNOU website often requires an online application for admission, which you must complete and submit together with the necessary paperwork including identification and academic credentials. Because the programme is distance-based you can study whenever it's most convenient for you. It's best to monitor IGNOU's official website for updates on dates and application forms as they may use a merit-based selection procedure.
