If you have forgotten your login credentials you can retrieve it from the official website of IGNOU - ignou.ac.in. Click on "Forgot ID/Password" enter the relevant details like last remember password, or regsitered email ID or mobile number. You will receive the steps on your registered email address or mobole number or the OTP. Use these OTP to login again and create a new password. It is advised to candidates to keep their credentials safe.

No, there is no customer care to contact the exam officials 24X7. There is a fixed landline number through which candidates can contact the exam body officials. Through this link students can check the course specific contact number - http://www.ignou.ac.in/userfiles/contact-us.pdf. There is a fixed time and students can only contact from 9:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday). Students can also visit the IGNOU regional office or the main centre at IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi - 110068.

To contact the IGNOU BEd entrance exam officials candidates need to visit the offiial website first. On the homepage there is a tab "Contact Us", there are multiple options mentioned through which candidates can contact the exam body officials. However, there is a fixed time duration and students can only contact the exam body officials during officel timings from 9:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday). IGNOU offers MSc for two-years at Postgraduate level in full time mode. The programme is spread across four semesters.
