Keeping our last year cut-off as a guideline, you will not get a seat at IIITS. But if you are a reservation category candidate, you may be eligible.

During the final admissions after spot round into IIITS last year 20 seats have been remained empty. From the last year's college cutoff's you may get a seat if seats are remained as in the last year.

I think IIIT-Sricity is better than NIT, Silchar. As IIITs follow the curriculum of IIIT Hyderabad, which is one of the top universities in India.

No (as per the last year's statistics). But many seats were left empty last year, so you may try to get a seat if you're lucky enough.

What is your JEE-MAINS rank? Because the only way to get admission into the college is through JoSAA, which is based on JEE Mains score.

IIIT, Sri City is better then other two. It is mentored by IIIT, Hyderabad and follows the same curriculum as a result of which this year placement were at par with middle level NITs and will surely grow better in coming 3-4 years.
Good luck.

If you belong to open category I think it very difficult to get a seat. Even you can apply for JOSAA options entry because you might get a home-state NIT.

Can I know the rank, because mostly the colleges are predictable only by the rank. If you got higher rank also I suggest you to go for JOSAA because in the previous year many seats were vacant due to lack of knowledge during options entry. If you're lucky enough you get one of them.
