It completely depends on your JEE Mains score. But need to meet minimum requirements in 10th and 12th scores.

Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 84865. For admission in IIITs your AIR rank should be below 15000. So admission chances for IIITs are very less. While for NITs home state quota is very important. So please tell me about your home state, because on the basis of expected AIR, You can not get other

You can get in a few branches in NIT Andhra Pradesh other than CSE, IT and Mech.

There are chances to get admission in Home State NIT. It's better to apply for it first.
