IIM Bangalore takes care of the safety and security of students. There is an Anti-ragging Policy in place for students. Now and then these policies are updated to keep students safe and secure as much as possible. There are CCTV cameras installed in the college and strict actions are taken against those who try to break these policies.

Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) with a minimum of five years and a maximum of 12 years of experience can apply for the EPGP course. IIM Bangalore E-PGP admission process starts with the submission of the online application form.You should submit a valid GMAT / GRE score along with a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and two Reference letters. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Written Ability Test and Interview. While there is no minimum GMAT score, it is looked at in relation to the applicants' pool. Last year's average GMAT score was about 689.

Admission to the flagship course, i.e. MBA of IIM Bangalore is based on a valid score in the CAT exam, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) round. IIM Bangalore offers admission to Indian students via CAT and international students via GMAT/ GRE.bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). Applicants from SC, ST and PwD categories should have a minimum of 45% or equivalent CGPA. 2 • A Common Admission Test (CAT) score that is valid on the date of application submission.

For IIM Bangalore admissions 2025, the minimum required CAT cutoff is 85 percentile for general category students.
