IIM Bangalore BBA in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship entrance test does not have any sectional time limit. Candidates get 90 minutes to attempt 60 multiple choice questions divided across- Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness. Candidates can choose to attempt any section first and switch between sections.

No, there is no negative marking in IIM Bangalore BBA in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship entrance exam. The examination will consist of 60 multiple choice questions. Candidates are advised to attempt every question as no marks will be deducted for any wrong answer or not attempted questions.

IIM Bangalore releases the cutoff marks to qualify for admissions. As per criteria, candidates must score:

  • General Category: Minimum 50%
  • NC-OBC & EWS: Minimum 45%
  • SC, ST & PwD (DA): Minimum 40%

Only candidates meeting the above IIMB DBE entrance test cutoff criteria will be shortlisted for admission.

Official IIM Bangalore BBA in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship syllabus is available in official examination brochure. The IIMB DBE official notification 2026 will be released at dbe.iimb.ac.in April 2026. Candidates can download the Syllabus PDF online soon after the release of the official notification. The IIMB DBE syllabus includes- Quantitative Aptitude (arithmetic, data interpretation), Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability/Reading Comprehension (VARC), and General Knowledge/Current Affairs.

Students have to meet the IIM Bangalore BSc eligibility to get admission in the institute. The institute accepts students on an entrance basis for the BSc programme. The admission requirements are as below:

  • Eligibility - Class 12 + Mathematics in Class 10 with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognised board
  • Selection process - Entrance + PI conducted by IIMB
