For PGDIM course admission, candidates must have satisfy the eligibility criteria and appear for the CAT entrance exam. Indian candidates are shortlisted for the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) process based on their valid CAT scores subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria. On the other hand, international candidates are shortlisted for the group discussion and personal interview process based on GMAT scores, IELTS/ TOEFL (applicable for foreign candidates) and 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree.

The eligibility criteria for admission in MBA programme at IIM Sirmaur are as follows:

  • Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree irrespective of the discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories).
  • Candidates should have a valid score in CAT exam based on which they will be shortlisted for the personal interview (PI) round.
  • Candidates must qualify the personal interview (PI) round followed by document verification and fee payment for final seat allotment in MBA programme.

Candidates with a minimum of 95% or above in CAT can apply for IIM Nagpur Merit Scholarship. For candidates with a family income of less than INR 5 lakh, IIM Nagpur Need-cum-Merit Scholarship is available. Indian Institute of Management–Nagpur (IIM–Nagpur) also awards scholarships to students offered by corporates and private organisations. If the students find the fee a little high, they can apply for the scholarships offered by IIM Nagpur.
