For admission to MBA (or PGP) at IIM Indore, the CAT test is usually conducted in November. Aspirants of IIM Indore are required to appear for the exam in Computer Based Testing mode at the allotted test centres. CAT exam is held in three slots:
Morning slot: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Afternoon slot: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
Evening slot: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

To apply for the CAT exam, candidates are required to create an account, fill the CAT registration form and pay the exam application fee. The CAT form have to be submitted before deadline after which no application will be accepted. The exam is usually conducted in November. Students are required to appear for the CAT exam in Computer Based Testing mode at allotted test centres. CAT exam for IIM Indore admission is held in three slots.

Yes, it is mandatory for the candidates to meet the sectional and overall CAT cutoff to be eligible for the Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds for admission to IIM Indore. IIM Indore offers admission to Management courses on the basis of valid CAT scores. IIM Indore accepts both CAT sectional and overall cutoff for admission to the Management courses. The institute has released the CAT qualifying cutoff 2023. As per the data availble on the official webiste, IIM Indore qualifying CAT percentile is 80 for both General and EWS categories students. The overal qualifying CAT percentile for 2024 admission is 90 for the same category students.

Many top companies visited the IIM Indore campus for PGP HRM and PGP EPGP programme during the placement drive. Yes, IIM INdore has a 100% placement rate. The highest and average package offered to PGP HRM programme during IIM Indore placements 2023 stood at INR 34.50 LPA and INR 22.65 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, the highest package offered to PGP EPGP programme during IIM Indore placements was INR 43.90 LPA during IIM Indore placements 2023. Apart from this, in total, approximately 20 recruiters offered renowned positions to students from IIM Indore's 2023 Batch of PGPHRM, which had a batch strength of 38 students. As per the placement report, a total of 27 new recruiters added in the last two years.

There are mess facilities and round-the-clock canteen facilities with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food available to the students. Various other snacks, biscuits, chocolates, ice cream and soft drinks are available in the mess itself. Apart from the regular mess, a night canteen is run from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for students to order anything from noodles to parathas.
