IIM Nagpur admission are closed for the year 2025. IIM Nagpur opens admission to most of its courses in the first week on January every year. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for the year 2026.

IIM Nagpur has an admission process that includes multiple selection rounds like Written ability test and personal interview. Candidates must also appear for CAT before the selection rounds since the institute shortlists applicants on the basis of CAT scores. Interested students must pass all these steps in order to finally be admitted to the institute.

Candidates seeking admission to IIM Nagpur must ensure that they are eligible for the preferred course. Hereafter, they must register for CAT and indicate their preference for IIM Nagpur on the CAT application form. The institution shortlists candidates on the basis of CAT scores. Shortlisted candidates are invited for WAT and PI rounds after which the final score that is a total of the academic performance and interview round is compared. The candidates are finally selected on the basis of this total score.

Graduates with atleast 60% aggregate are eligible for programmes offered by IIM Nagpur. The selection criteria varies for different courses and includes CAT scores, PI, UGC NET scores, WAT scores etc.

Candidates are shortlisted for IIM Nagpur PI round on the basis of their CAT scores. According to past cutoff trends, general and EWS candidates must try to achieve at least 95% or above in CAT. Hereafter, shortlisted candidates are invited via mail by the institution for PI and WAT rounds.

Yes, IIM Nagpur does offer scholarships on the basis of the CAT scores secured by an applicant. These scholarships are allotted to the top 10 scorers who have secured more than the 95th percentile in their CAT exams. Moreover, after getting these scholarships, candidates get the tuition fee waiver for two years. Eligible candidates can get the scholarship through the scholarship portal available at the institute's official website.

Subjects included in the first semester of MBA courses at IIM Nagpur are a combination of elective and core subjects. In the first year, the students are provided exposure to core management subjects. In the second year of study, students have to choose an elective. The names of the subjects included in the first semester are as follows:
