To get into IITs, one should clear Mains and then have to qualify for Advanced paper. Then, based on the score secured in Advanced, he/she can know which IIT they get. In this case, your friend cannot get into IIT because you're haven't mentioned the JEE score. It's quite advisable to search for some other colleges. All the best.

For getting admission in IITs you should have at least 75%. Your aggregate is calculated on tha basis of marks in PCM and no language is included in this. For reaching that, you should attempt 12th once again. And prepare for IIT-JEE along with that.

Yes, definitely, everyone can do study from IIT but its tuition fee is high about 1.17 lacs per semester. Overall, the tuition fee for a year will be approximately 2.35 lac rupees.
