See in compare to new IIT, IIIT Hyderabad is much more better and there is no comparison. But if you compare with top 3-4 IITs they are good in comparison to IIIT Hyderabad. IIIT Hyderabad is known for good placement in CSE. IIT also have good placement as well. I don't have any idea about curriculum.

Off course IIT Guwahati because in IIT you will get more opportunities, better infrastructure, international platform, tech fest, faculty, and placement. If you are getting CSE in IIIT Hyderabad, then without doubt go for IIIT Hyderabad.

Previous year IIT-Hyderabad the highest package is 40 LPA (INR) and average package is 11.5 LPA (INR) there are many top recruiting companies are HPCL, BPCL, Texco, Flipcart, Maruti Suzuki, SMS Data, L&T, Microsoft etc.

IIT-Hyderabad is actually one of the best place to be. From infrastructure to faculty members to placements to curriculum everything thing is good. Average placements were notice to around INR. 12 lacs per annum.

Hey Katya,
If you want IIT Hyderabad and you're in SC group then you need to have 5 percentage in each subject and you need to have 17.5% aggregate so secure a seat in IIT Hyderabad.
