With a rank of 2426 in IIT JAM (Mathematics), you are likely eligible for several NITs and some of the newer IITs for MSc programs. You should be able to get into NITs like NIT Silchar, NIT Srinagar, and possibly some others with your rank
You might also be eligible for newer IITs like IIT Jodhpur, IIT Mandi, or IIT Ropar, but it depends on the specific programme and cutoff for each institute.

Yes, getting admission at IIT Hyderabad with a rank of 8000 in JEE Advanced is possible. The cutoff has been released for round 3. Among the General AI category candidates, the ranks closed between 667 and 9320. With a rank of 8000, student can get admission to B.Tech. in Industrial Chemistry and B.Tech. in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. For more difficult specialisations such as CSE and Electrical Engineering, candidate must aim for better ranks.

IIT Indore cutoff 2025 has been released for the third round, for candidates seeking admission to BTech specialisations. The cutoff was released category-wise. For candidates belonging to the General AI category, the cutoff ranks varied between 1628 and 10601. Looking at the cutoff list, we can say that getting admission at 5000 rank in JEE Advanced is possible, if belonging to the General AI category.

To get admission to IIT Indore for BTech, candidate must attain the neccessary rank as per the cutoff list. The cutoff has been released for round 3. The list was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category, the cutoff ranks were closed between the range of 581 and 4510. Therefore, if student want to seek admission irrespective of the coursre specialisation, then they must attain a rank of 4510 or below. However, if the target is top branches, such as CSE or Mathematics, then it will be difficult to get admission at this rank.

IIT Indore JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff ranks among the General AI category candidates varied between 1628 and 10500. BTech in CSE turned out to be the toughest specialisation among the General AI category.

Thus, depending on the specialisation-wise cutoff ranks released by the institute, candidates can determine for which specialisation they will gain admission at IIT Indore. During the first round of the cutoff list, the closing ranks ranged from 46 to 370 for general category students. IIT Indore MSc cutoff 2025 has been released across various specialisations in the form of opening and closing ranks. For the students belonging to the General AI quota, the IIT JAM first round closing ranks were between 46 and 370, with M.Sc. in Biotechnology being the most competitive for admission. The lower the cutoff rank, the higher the competition for that course, and vice versa. For all the MSc specialisations, the IIT Indore JAM cutoff 2025 for the first round is tabulated below for the General AI category candidates.
