Hello Anupam,
No, you cannot. You need to clear JEE Advanced with a good score to get admission at IITs. As you haven't clear JEE Mains, you cannot appear for JEE Advanced. So, you may try for colleges with your board exam marks or via any other entrance exams.

IIT Indore is also called as Centre of Astronomy there is lot of opportunities to make your career. You will get to learn lot of things regarding your subject. So, it is a good option and IIT, Indore has good records in case of astronomy.

Admission is based on the rank/score/ marks obtained in IIT-JAM and the registration form end date for IIT-JAm is 17th April 2018. Here, total 12 seats are available 6 for general/OBC, 3 for SC/ST.

Yes, you are eligible. You need to have a Bachelor's degree in Physics or Mathematics or CSE or EE or ME. You need to appear for JAM exam for admission in this course.
