The 14 percent IIT reservation for girls will not affect or reduce the number of seats for male candidates. It has been suggested that supernumerary seats are to be filled in order to ensure 14 percent IIT reservation for girls. This means: Let us assume that an IIT has 100 seats.

General/OBC Students : 1,03,000 INR per year. SC/ST Students : 13,000 INR per year. This is tuition fee. Apart from this everyone had to pay 30,000 INR per year as mess fee.

Don't compare them on the basis of the package. Do whatever you really want to, else after joining wrong course will make you regret whole life. Although I will suggest to for IIM whatever you get, rest is your choice.
