You can try for IIT Mandi, Roorkee, Dhanbad, Dharwad, Tirupati, Bhubaneswar, etc.

You have less chance to get IIT with this rank, but you can try for new IIT in special round if seats are left.

CSE and it branch demand will increase every year. Apart from these, ECE, AI, data Science courses value will also increase in coming future.

Last obc rank till you can get seat in IIT is 4700.

If you are asking about MIT California, then MIT is better, but if you are asking about MIT Pune or madras then IIT is better.
