MBA from both the institutes is good. If you are from technical background, then IIT is a better option for technical-related streams and if not, then IIM is always good for any graduate.

As per the new eligibility criteria only those students will be eligible for appearing in JEE Mains whose score is more than 75% (for general category) and 65% (for SC/ST students). If you aren't eligible, apply for Improvement exams and you have to appear for all five subjects. Hope you got your answer.

I will suggest you to complete your basics first, first complete Ncert, then you can choose books of Arihant etc. Or its better to buy any coaching institutions material as you will can practice properly from that and once these are done solve 39 previous year question bank, always remember that practice is the key. All the branches are good in engineering. None of them is good or bad. It depends on your interest and skills.

If you belongs to reserved category, then there are scholarship provided by central government, as well as state government for education. If you are from non-reserved category, one better option is education loan. All the best.

I am sorry to say that IIT doesn't allow lateral entry. You can not apply in IITs on the basis of Diploma. If you have to apply for IIT then after 10+2 take JEE then it is possible.
