The fees for M.Sc in IIT various from subject of specialization. Fees also varies from different IIT's. IIT Delhi has different fees, then IIT-Bombay, IIT-Rourkey, IIT-Madras, etc.

Counselling and admissions process in IITs and IITs is offered by JoSSA. JoSSA is a committee, provides a single platform for admission process in IITs, NITs, IIITs and many other colleges based upon the rank in JEE Advanced and JEE Main exams. Yes, the minimum marks are 75 percent, so it will be useless.
