Hi Vijay,
Yes, it is very well available. You can go for it but you should have some minimum CGPA criteria in order to do that.
My best wishes.
All the very best.

If you consider long-term career opportunities, IITs provide wonderful opportunities for PhD.Also, some research schools in Europe and certain universities abroad hire IIT M.Sc students for a Ph.D position based on interviews and GPA(sometimes, research experience plays a more important role).

Hello Syed,
Even though IITs have a fantastic reputation, studying there is not cheap. On an average, only the tution fee is ranging about Rs.2 lakhs per year in IITs. Of course, they offer plenty of scholarships to deserving students.
Best wishes.

Let me tell you one simple thing that, for engineering, there is nothing better than the IIT. So if you have any doubts and comparison which includes IIT then just shift towards IIT.
All the very best.

Apart from IITs, for engineering, NITs are the other best colleges for sure. But there are several good colleges and universities also like BITS and Jadavpur University.
All the very best.
Choose wisely.

If you want to prepare for IIT-JEE I suggest you to go for FIITJEE or resonance.
