You are typically not eligible for BTech programs at IITs as a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student with 61% in the 12th grade, as these programs demand a solid background in mathematics (PCM). However, some universities may be able to accept you into their BSc biotechnology programs. However, IITs normally demand PCM in addition to JEE Advanced for admission.
