Yes, you can appear for IIT jam Physics.

The interested candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks, if belonging to the General/OBC-NCL/EWS category and 50% marks, if belonging to SC/ST/PwD category candidates. 

Please note that the candidates should either be in the final year of graduation or should have completed the course.

There is no minimum or maximum percentage required to appear in JEE Main. However, candidate need to have 75% marks in class 12 in addition to a valid JEE Main rank in order to get admission in NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs.
