IIT JAM 2025 online registrations will start in the first week of September 2025, tentatively. Based on IIT JAM scores, the admissions will be conducted for variety of MSc courses. Check out the IIT JAM schedule for the admission in 2025:

Candidates must get 75% in Class 12 or be in the top 20 percentile in order to be eligible for JOSAA counselling. The qualifying percentage is 65% for candidates who identify as SC, ST, or PwD. (to be admitted to IITs). The ability to participate in JoSAA 2024 counselling will be extended to all applicants who meet the requirements for JEE Advanced 2024. The dates for the JoSAA 2024 registration period have been released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). On June 10, 2024, the JoSAA 2024 registration period opened. No! IIT JAM is a test conducted for MSc course admissions at IITs and NITs. Since IIT does not provide an MSc in Botany course, IIT JAM exam scores are not accepted for admission to MSc Botany.

Yes, candidates willing to take admission to the IIT Dhardwad BTech programme, must appear for the JEE Main exam. The institute accepts the JEE Advanced scores for admission to its BTech programme. However, to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam, candidates have to first appear for the JEE4 Main exam. Dharwad IIT, also accepts other national-level entrance exams such as GATE for admission to its specific courses.

IIT Dharwad course admissions are based on various entrance exam scores. The institute accepts several national-level entrance exams such as JEE Advanced and GATE, for admission to its various courses. Candidates willing to join the BTech programme at IIT Dharwad can't do so without appearing for the JEE Advanced exam. However, for admissions to the M.Tech and MS programmes offered at the institute, candidates don't have to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. IIT Dharwad M.Tech and MS admissions are based on the GATE scores.
