Admissions at the state level are through UGEAC (Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling). The BCECE Board run this online portal and seat allotment is done on the basis of JEE Main rank. You must register on BCECE Board portal after JEE Main result declaration.

Yes, management quota is a valid and legal route for MDS admission, but with important conditions. NEET MDS qualification is mandatory even for management quota seats. Seats are allocated via MCC or state counselling - not directly by colleges. DCI and UGC-approved seats through management quota have full academic validity.
